VBAC or vaginal birth after cesarean doesn’t need to be something to stress over. Many women are choosing to try a vaginal birth these days and the literature is very supportive of this decision. Most studies and facilities are finding that over 80% of mothers who have had a previous cesarean birth are safely and successfully having a vaginal birth with subsequent pregnancies.
